Convergencia, an Argentinean company focused on spreading key news about the telecommunication market in latin-america, held its annual NPlay conference at the Cordoba Sheratton Conference Hotel on April 24th and 25th and this last conference made an emphasis on the roles HD, VOD and OTT play in the triple-play scenario.
IPVision was part of the conference thanks to the invitation made by its partner BTW S.A. and both shared a stand in the event. Also the IPVision's CEO, Ivan Alizade, was an invited speakr to the conference

Ivan made it clear that even though the telephony leg is not a profit center, or a profit product, is absolutely necessary in order to gain customers' triple-play package acceptance ( Video, Data and Telephony ). Ivan offered an astonished audience a 30-minutes interesting speech about the benefits of owning a carrier class Softswitch.
