Built to support the stringent Telco reliability requirements, the Clarent® BHG offers redundancy via N+1 power supplies. This configuration assures constant availability, and constant availability translates into superior reliability, a feature further illustrated in the United States through the Clarent® BHG’s NEBS Level 3 compliance. The Clarent® BHG can also offer a non-VoIP, simple Internet offload feature that provides routing to either RAS or PSTN destinations accordingly.
Harnessed within the NEBS compliant BHG is superior density and scalability. The BHG 2500 is scalable from 120 to 1920 ports per chassis customers selecting, IPVision subsequently eliminate the need for future forklift upgrades.
