Some Customers around the world use an old Clarent® backoffice solution called IMaster. It was a Canned application which came with an Oracle 9 installation integrated and only run over some specific versions of SPARC and Solaris, at 2009 it was end of sale and discontinued without support an any real alternative of migration.

IPVision Inc. developed a solution for all those Clarent® Softswitch’s Customers where its business was higher affected by obsolete Hardware and Software. We enhance our backoffice and API, designed advanced & customizable BASH/SQL scripts to fulfill any requirement, dedicated training and documentation, and the most important; a smooth migration that guarantee no data or/and profit loss in the services.

Onemax was the first IMaster Customer who trust in our migration plan and now its network capabilities increases offering new kind of services and better call-center response.
