IPVision S.A along with ViaSat Inc. (NASDAQ:VSAT) are supplying and helping Grupo TVSA of Argentina to deploy its Edge Access Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) system solution, by enabling the CATV and broadband Internet provider to offer triple play services. The ViaSat softswitch communication system delivers end-to-end, enhanced broadband VoIP Architecture, enterprise managed services, wholesale services, peering, and hosted applications.<\/p>\n

ViaSat also integrates IPVision's back office application \"SIMA\" into the Grupo TVSA network to provide a resourceful tool for management, provisioning, and billing purposes.<\/p>\n

The join project will enable Grupo TVSA to launch services in cooperation with three domestic subsidiaries: Teledifusora S.A. (Rosario City), Megavision Santiago S.A. (Santiago del Estero City), Decoteve S.A. (Salta City). The project involves deploying phone services on more than 15,000 lines, including SS7 protocols for interconnecting with telephony incumbents in the region.<\/p>\n

Now we can offer carrier-class telephony to our broadband users.\u201d<\/p>\n
